CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE PRICE CUTTER UGLY GRILL CONTEST. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL REGULATIONS APPLY. This Contest is open only to legal U.S. residents age eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Must reside in marketed area to compete. Entry Conditions and Release. By entering, each participant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Price Cutter/Pyramid Foods, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Contest.

Contest Period. The Contest will begin at 12:01a.m., CST on Date 2018 and will run through 11:59 a.m., CST on Date, 2018 (the “Contest Period”).

How to Enter. To enter: (i) Online Visit the Insert Link during the Contest Period, click on the “Contest” link, click on the “The Price Cutter Ugly Grill Contest” Contest link, Click the complete an entry form by submitting a picture of their ugly grill. No mail-in entries will be accepted.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to submit more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entry and the participant may be disqualified.

Winner Selection. Starting on or about 12:00 p.m., CST on Date 2018, voting on the Prize winner will begin.

General Conditions. Price Cutter/Pyramid Foods reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Price Cutter/Pyramid Foods’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Price Cutter/Pyramid Foods in its sole discretion.
