Q: Is there a minimum online order amount?
A: For pickup orders there isn't a minimum order. We're happy to fill your online order for you, big or small. We do however have a minimum order amount of $30.00 for deliveries.

Q: Where are your online shopping service areas?
A: In the Springfield Area we currently deliver to homes and businesses in Battlefield, Brookline, Clever, Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Rogersville, Sparta, Springfield, Strafford and Willard, Missouri. For pickup orders, we are happy to service you in the Springfield area, Monett, Aurora, Waynesville, Lebanon, Clinton, West Plains, or Marshfield.

Q: Do you deliver in bad weather?
A: It is our topmost priority to ensure the safety of our drivers, therefore we continuously check the roads during inclement weather and post details on our website.

Q: Will Price Cutter deliver to other areas in the future?
A: Please check our site occasionally for announcements about expanding our services.

Q: Can I shop online if I live outside of the delivery area?
A: Yes. Online shopping is perfect if you work in Springfield, but live in one of the surrounding towns where we do not yet deliver. We'll be happy to shop for your groceries and have them ready for you at any of our 16 Curbside Pickup Locations: 4228 S. National, 335 N. Nolting Ave., 1831 W. Kearney, 1260 E. St. Louis, 3260 E. Battlefield Road, 2021 W. Republic Road, in Springfield, 5504 N. 17th Street in Ozark, 1013 US Highway 60 East in Republic, 400 Massey Boulevard in Nixa, 2150 E. Cleveland in Monett, 708 S. Q: What about the quality of my online order? Will the dairy, meat, and produce be fresh? Will the eggs be broken or the bread squashed?
A: Price Cutter is committed to bringing you the same quality you'd expect if you were shopping at one of our stores in person. Our trained shoppers will hand-pick only the freshest items for you, just like you would. And Price Cutter offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please contact the store director with any concerns.

Q: How do the online prices compare to the in-store prices?
A: Our online prices are the same prices you'll find in our stores. This includes any advertised and in-store specials. Advertised specials run from 12:01 am Wednesday until 11:59 pm the following Tuesday.

The prices displayed on our website reflect our current price. Please know that you will be charged the price of the items at the day and time you pick up your order.

Q: Are there any additional charges for shopping online?
A: Our delivery fee is $10.00 with a minimum purchase of $30.00. Pick Up Orders totaling over $30.00 before tax are a free Pick Up. Pick Up Orders totaling under $30.00 before tax have a $5.00 fee.

Q: For a grocery delivery in the Springfield area, which Price Cutter store should I select as “My Store”?
A: For Delivery in the Springfield area, you will need to select “Price Cutter Springfield – South National” as “My Store”. Located at 4228 S. National in Springfield, this location handles all deliveries for the Springfield and surrounding areas.

Q: Can I pickup my online order at a store closer to my home or business instead?
A: Currently we only offer pickup for online orders at 16 stores: 4228 S. National, 335 N. Nolting Ave., 1831 W. Kearney, 1260 E. St. Louis, 3260 E. Battlefield Road, 2021 W. Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: You may pay for your Price Cutter online order with a MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express only. Our delivery drivers are unable to accept cash, checks, WIC vouchers, or food stamps.

Q: I'd like to use food stamps to pay for my online order. Is this possible?
A: Sorry, but due to Federal Regulations, we are unable to accept food stamps or WIC vouchers as payment for online orders at this time.

Q: What time should I place my online order?
A: Online orders may be placed at any time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For same-day delivery or pickup, orders must be placed by Noon. Orders are processed seven days a week except holidays.

Q: How can I save time while shopping online?
A: The first time you order online might take a few extra minutes since you'll need to register, and then it may take a while to get used to the process. But our system can save your order history so that you may save time shopping online in the future.

Q: What if I don't have time to finish placing my online order before I log off of the Internet? Will my entire order be lost?
A: You can save your order in our secure system and come back later to complete the transaction.

Q: Should I tip my delivery person?
A: Price Cutter takes pride in meeting the needs of our customers. Bringing your online order to your car or to your door is part of the service we offer, and tips are not required but are welcomed and appreciated, especially if you were pleased with the driver and our service.

Q: Does Price Cutter offer a satisfaction guarantee?
A: Yes. Because we want to be confident that our customers are pleased with their online shopping experience, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please contact the store director with any concerns.

Q: What happens if Price Cutter is out of a certain item?
A: As you shop you will be able to select “Best Comparable” or “No Substitutions” for each item. If you'd like to allow substitutions, we'll be happy to choose a different size of the same brand, or we'll choose a different brand of the same size you originally asked for. It's up to your specifications!

Q: May I phone-in my order?
A: Yes. We accept phone orders seven days a week, except holidays, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. There is a $7.50 phone-in fee for each order. Delivery/Pick Up Fees may also apply. To phone-in an order call (417) 829-9247.
