53% Sonoma County. 31% Napa County. 16% Lake County. In 1964, Louis P. Martini, son of Napa pioneer Louis M. Martini, purchased 178 acres of land which the Martini family developed into a vineyard they named Ghost Pines as a tribute to the native grey pines which at dusk, appear to hover, solitary and ghostlike throughout the coastal valleys. Ghost Pines Red Blend draws from multiple winegrowing counties to create a wine as unique as the Ghost Pines tree itself. This wine exhibits layered notes of blackberry, blueberry and brown spice. A smooth mouthfeel and round tannins create a long, complex finish. Alc. 15% by vol. Vinted & Bottled by Louis M. Martini Winery, St. Helena, CA.
